Chef

The Alpine Hotel, based in Warburton, VIC is looking for an experience and skilled Chef who can help other kitchen staff and work independently. This is a full-time role. To be considered for this role you must have: • AQF Associate certificate III, Diploma/Advance Diploma, or higher-level qualification. • At least one year of relevant experience in similar position.  • You must be Australian Citizen/Permanent resident or have proper working rights in Australia. Duties -  • Menu planning with head chef, manage budget and order from suppliers. • Maintain quality of food preparation and presentation. • Cooking food as per client’s dietary needs. • Preserving food  • Liaise with managers and kitchen staff • demonstrating advance knowledge in cooking skills/techniques  • Comply with hygienic regulations and work safety • Coach junior staff • Complying with company rules and regulations Salary - $70,000 - AUD 75000 + Super Only eligible applicants will be contacted.
